Payment is expected at the time of your visit. Payment in full is the responsibility of the patient. Please keep in mind that patients are responsible for deductibles, co-insurance, co-payments, and services not covered by insurance.
Cash, checks and Visa or MC credit cards are acceptable forms of payment at our office.
If you are calling about your lab results, please allow us 2 – 3 weeks from the date of service for us to call you with that information. If you don’t hear from us within this time frame, please call us.
Prescription refills are handled during office hours when we have full access to your medical records. Refills are not routinely filled on holidays, weekends, or if you have not been seen for more than one year.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least a 24-hour notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient in a need of dermatologic care.
